Every year, the TED conference is held to discuss ideas pertaining to Technology, Entertainment, and Design. People of various professions and life experiences gather to discuss and speak on new ideas, philosophies, and global issues. John La Grou was invited to speak at the 2009 TED Conference in Palm Springs. He is the CEO of Millennia Group, an audio design and manufacturing company that produces high quality audio components.   John’s company invented a product that is essentially a “smarter” version of the electrical outlets found in many homes.
